“For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.” ―
If you are reading this, know that it is not too late. Life is too short to live it without purpose, without meaning, without authenticity. But this kind of life does not happen by accident. You have to push past the fear and uneasiness that exist beyond your comfort zone. It’s the only place where experiences happen that challenge you and expand your perspective. It’s ok if you fail, because it’s part of the journey designed to grow you. It’s ok if you need to start over, because it may be the best way to get you where you need to go. I mean, when you realize you’ve missed your exit are you going to turn around and get back on course or are you just going to knowingly keep going the wrong way?
